PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Bérnaise sauce by combining 2T of Tarragon with 1 cup of Custom Culinary® Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce. Set aside.
  2. Spread softened butter over brioche and toast over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Layer Custom Culinary® Gold Label Mushroom Tapenade, shaved truffles, and steak onto the toasted brioche.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of béarnaise sauce and fresh chopped chives.
