Jalapeno Avocado Burger

A twist on the classic burger that will bring your taste buds to life, featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish, The Jalapeno Avocado Burger consists of beef patty, cheddar cheese, avocado, lettuce, and red onion inside of a toasted potato bun.

Yield: 1 burger

Amount Ingredients
6 oz. Ground Beef Burger
3/4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 oz. Avocado, Peeled, Sliced
1-1/2 oz. Red Onion, Sliced Thin
1/2 oz. Leaf Lettuce
1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Jalapeno Relish
1 ea Classic Potato Bun

  1. Preheat a flat top griddle to 350°F. Place the beef patty on preheated grill. Cook for a total of approx. 12 – 14 minutes turning as needed to assure even cooking. Always cook to well done, 165°F internal temperature measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. While the burger is cooking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
  3. To assemble the burger, place the cooked patty on the bottom bun, add the cheddar cheese, top with Gold Label Jalapeno Relish, red onion and lettuce.
  4. Add the toasted top bun.
