Kentucky Bourbon Laquered Brisket burger

A twist on the classic burger that will bring your taste buds to life, featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce, The Kentucky Bourbon Lacquered Brisket Burger consists of beef brisket, smoked mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, tomato, and lettuce on a toasted rustic grain bun.

Yield: 1 burger

Amount Ingredients
6 oz. Beef Brisket, Cooked, Pulled Meat
1/2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce
1 oz. Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz. Onions, Caramelized, Hot
1 oz. Tomato, Sliced
1/4 oz. Leaf Lettuce, Whole Leaf Sized to the Bun
1 ea Rustic Grain Bun
PREPARATION

  1. Preheat a oven to 350°F. Toss the cooked, pulled beef brisket with the Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce to evenly coat. Bake for a total of approx. 6-8 minutes until the sauce creates a glaze on the meat.
  2. While the brisket is baking, butter the inside of the bun halves and place on the hot griddle until lightly toasted, then remove and reserve.
  3. To assemble the burger, place the hot lacquered brisket on the bottom bun, add the smoked mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce and the top of the bun.
