1-1/4 cups	Mayonnaise

	Burger:
8 oz.	Ground Beef Burger
2 Tbsp.	Custom Culinary^® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
1 each	Burger Roll, toasted
3 rings	Red Onions, Thin Sliced
4 slices	Fresh Avocado

PREPARATION

Blend mayonnaise and ¾ cup Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
Cover and refrigerate until needed up to 4 days.
Blend ground beef burger with 2 Tbsp. Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
Shape to desired thickness.
Grill, griddle or bake to desired temperature.
Spread flavored mayonnaise on toasted bun and build burger. Serve with 1 oz. Latin Citrus Chili Flavored Ketchup (recipe online) on the side.
