Mediterranean Chicken Breast sandwich with Harissa

Elevating the classic sandwich with unique flavors and ingredients, Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa. Mediterranean Chicken Breast Sandwith with Harissa consists of harissa mayo, harissa vinaigrette, chicken, mozzarella, red pepper, and arugula inside of grilled ciabatta roll.

Amount Ingredients
  Harissa Mayonnaise:
1-1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
  Harissa Vinaigrette:
2 Tbsp. Prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
6 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast
1 ea. 4" Ciabatta Roll, Grilled
1 ea. Boneless Chicken Breast, Grilled, Hot Sliced
2 slices Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
2 pieces Red Pepper Strips, Roasted
1/4 cup Arugula Greens

  1. To make Harissa Mayonnaise: Blend mayonnaise and Gold Label Harissa. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. To make Harissa Vinaigrette: Blend balsamic vinaigrette and Gold Label Harrisa.
  3. Add raw chicken breast to Harissa Vinaigrette and coat evenly.
  4. Char-grill or bake chicken until cooked (min. 165°F internal temp).
  5. Remove from heat and allow to rest 2-3 minutes.
  6. To make Sandwich: On bottom half of roll, place chicken breast and top with mozzarella, pepper strips and arugula.
  7. Serve with 2 oz. Harissa Mayonnaise.
