What You'll Need

5 ea	Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
4 tsp	Butter, unsalted
4 tsp	Sugar
4 ea	6” Puff Pastry rounds
Garnish	Fresh mint
1 Tbsp	Powdered sugar
8 oz	Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce

PREPARATION

Place puff round on parchment paper and spiral layer sliced apples around the pastry.
Sprinkle sugar and dot butter on apples.
Bake in 350ᵒF oven until pastry is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Drizzle with Bourbon Sauce, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint.
