Peach, Bourbon and Brown Sugar Mostarda


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
3 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bourbon Style Sauce # 9651
¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ cup Yellow Mustard
¼ cup Peach Marmalade
PREPARATION

  1. Heat bourbon sauce to a low simmer, add brown sugar, mustard and peach marmalade. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Can be used hot or cold. Use as you would in any application.
