Dark Brown Sugar
½ cup
Yellow Mustard
¼ cup
Peach Marmalade
PREPARATION
Heat bourbon sauce to a low simmer, add brown sugar, mustard and peach marmalade. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Can be used hot or cold. Use as you would in any application.
CHEF'S TIP
Great with slow smoked pork shoulder or ribs, thinned out with one cup of water, and used as a mop on your favorite BBQ application
