What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
3 lbs. Butter, Soft
1/2 cup Red Wine
1-1/2 Tbsp. Master's Touch® Beef Base
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, Fresh, Minced
1/2 cup Shallots, Fine Chopped, Blanched
1/8 cup Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
1/2 Tbsp. Thyme, Fresh, Chopped
1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper, Course Ground
PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend well.
  2. Portion or place butter in the refrigerator until needed.
  3. Place flavored butter on grilled beef.
