2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Clam Base, No MSG Added
2 qts Water
10 each Shrimp, Large, Raw
20 each Mussels, Fresh
10 each Clams, Little Neck
1 each Lobster Tail, 10-oz., Cut in Pieces
1 lb. Sea Bass, Cut in Pieces
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, Minced
1 stalk Lemongrass, Fresh, Sliced
1 lime, Lime Juice
1 each Red Bell Pepper, Dried
1 each Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
1 each Green Bell Pepper, Diced
6 each Scallions, Chopped
PREPARATION

  1. In a 2 gallon sauce pot combine water and Gold Label Clam Base. Heat to boiling, mixing well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and gently boil 10-15 minutes until seafood is cooked.
