Chophouse Breakfast Bowl

A crispy potato and mushroom hash topped with sliced sirloin steak, sauteed spinach, and grilled shallots. Finished with a sunny side up egg and a drizzle of buttery Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce. A craveworthy option to wake up your breakfast or brunch menu!

3 oz Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce
4 oz. Sirloin steak, grilled, sliced
5 oz Potatoes, hash brown, cooked 
2 oz Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
2 oz Spinach, baby
1 oz Shallots, grilled
1 ea Egg, sunny side up

  1. Slice mushrooms.
  2. Season steak and grill along with shallots.
  3. Sauté mushrooms until cooked.
  4. Season hash browns. Cook until crispy.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Sauté spinach.
  7. Fry egg.
  8. Put in a to-go bowl: hash, steak, spinach, scallions, and egg.
  9. Drizzle Hollandaise sauce on top.
