Deconstructed Chicken and Stuffing

Familiar ingredients brought together in an innovative format for a twist on a classic dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base, Deconstructed Chicken and Stuffing is made up of chicken, celery, onion, garlic, parsley, and a baguette.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 Whole Chicken, Back Removed
2 cups Celery, Chopped
1 large Onion, Wedge, Slices
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
2 tsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base
1 Loaf Baguette, 1" Slices
1/4 cup Parsley, Fresh Chopped
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
PREPARATION

  1. In a cast iron pan heat 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add celery, onion, garlic and 1 1/2 tsp. Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base. Sauté for approximately 10 minutes until brown and toasty. Remove mixture and set aside.
  2. Lay baguette slices flat in a cast iron pan, filling bottom. Top with celery and onion mixture. Add the fresh parsley.
  3. Mix 1/2 tsp. Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base and 2 Tbsp. olive oil together.
  4. Lay chicken on top of baguettes and rub with the Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 60 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
