Harissa Beef Pot Pie

What You'll Need

1/2 cup Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Beef Flavored Gravy Mix, Prepared
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
1 oz. Lean Beef Tips, Medium Diced, Cooked
1/8 cup Carrots, Medium Diced, Cooked
1/8 cup Asparagus Tips, Blanched
1/8 cup Pearl Onions, Cooked
1/8 cup Celery, Medium Diced, Cooked
2 each Pastry Dough, 6" Discs, Prepared
PREPARATION

  1. Mix PanRoast® Beef Flavored Gravy Mix, Gold Label Harissa, beef tips, carrots, asparagus tips, pearl onions and celery and chill.
  2. Line individual pie tin bottom with pastry dough disc.
  3. Fill with chilled mixture.
  4. Top with second pastry dough disc and seal.
  5. Bake in 425°F oven for 35-45 minutes until pastry is golden brown (minimum 165°F internal temp).
