2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Beurre Blanc Sauce
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6 each Medium Shrimp, Raw, Peeled and Deveined
3 oz. Grilled Asparagus, Cooked
PREPARATION

  1. To make Harissa Beurre Blanc: In a small pan, heat Gold Label Beurre Blanc Sauce and Gold Label Harissa. Hold warm.
  2. In a medium sauté pan, sauté shrimp in olive oil.
  3. Add prepared Harissa Beurre Blanc. Toss to evenly coat.
  4. Serve with grilled asparagus.
