Hot Honey Harissa Pepperoni Pizza

Yield: 1 (14-inch) pizza, 8 slices

Amount Ingredients
1 each 14-inch thin pizza crust
4 oz pizza sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 oz provolone cheese, shredded
3 oz sliced pepperoni
2 Tbsp Custom Culinary® Harissa Sauce (9678)
2 Tbsp hot honey
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, torn
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Harissa Hot Honey: In a small bowl, mix Custom Culinary® Harissa Sauce with honey until smooth. Hold for finishing.
  2. Build Pizza: Place crust on pizza screen or pan. Spread pizza sauce evenly. Top with mozzarella and provolone. Layer with pepperoni slices.
  3. Bake: Cook in pizza oven at 450°F for 8–10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Finish: Remove from oven. Drizzle evenly with hot honey. Garnish with torn Italian parsley.
  5. Serve: Slice into 8 portions and serve hot.
