Korean-Style Sweet Heat Cauliflower

Exotic ingredients brought together to add intense flavors in a familiar application. Stir-fried, fresh cauliflower with Fresno chilies, scallions and Custom Culinary® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce.

What You'll Need

Quantity Ingredient
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
2 lb Cauliflower florettes, blanched, cooled, drained
1 ea Red Fresno Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
3 ea Garlic cloves, chopped
4 ea Scallions, greens only, cut in 1" pieces
½ cup Custom Culinary® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large sauté pan.
  2. Add blanched cauliflower and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through - about 2 minutes.
  3. Add peppers, garlic and scallions. Cook 1 minute.
  4. Lower heat and add sauce.
  5. Toss to combine well - about 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
