Cauliflower florettes, blanched, cooled, drained
1 ea
Red Fresno Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
3 ea
Garlic cloves, chopped
4 ea
Scallions, greens only, cut in 1" pieces
½ cup
Custom Culinary® Korean-Style Sweet Heat Sauce
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a wok or large sauté pan.
Add blanched cauliflower and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through - about 2 minutes.
Add peppers, garlic and scallions. Cook 1 minute.
Lower heat and add sauce.
Toss to combine well - about 1 minute.
Serve hot or chilled.

This is a great vegan side dish or entrée, and can be served hot or chilled.
