Latin Chili Braised Short Ribs

Tender, fall-apart short ribs slow-braised in a smoky adobo-style chili broth built with our True Foundations® Latin Chili Concentrate. The result is a deeply savory dish with roasted chili richness, subtle heat, and full-bodied depth, paired with mashed potatoes or creamy polenta.

3 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
2 tbsp. Oil
1 Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves crushed
1 quart Beef Stock
3 tbsp. Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Latin Chili Concentrate
To Taste Salt & Pepper
   

Optional: Splash of Red Wine
PREPARATION

  1. Season and sear ribs in oil until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
  3. Whisk in Latin Chili into the stock, then add it to the pot.
  4. Cover and braise at 325°F for 2.5–3 hours.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes or creamy polenta.
