  Latin-Style Citrus Chili Lime Butter:
12 oz. Butter, Softened
3/4 cup Custom Culinary® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
1/8 cup Fresh Lime Juice
4 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh Chopped
  Salmon:
6 oz. Salmon, Boneless, Skinless, Par-Grilled
2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. To make Latin-Style Citrus Chili Lime Butter: Blend butter and ¾ cup Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce. Add lime juice and cilantro. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. To prepare Salmon: Evenly coat par-grilled salmon with 2 Tbsp. Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce.
  3. Finish in 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes to desired temperature.
  4. Top salmon with 1 oz. of Latin-Style Citrus Chili Lime Butter and serve.
