1 lb. Teres Major
½ cup Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Latin Herb Concentrate
Salsa Verde  
2 tbsp. Capers
4 Green Onions  
½ Bunch Cilantro
½ Bunch Parsley
½ cup Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Latin Herb Concentrate
¼ cup Evoo
¼ cup Water
PREPARATION

  1. Marinate teres major with Latin Herb Flavor Concentrate and let sit for 4-8 hours.
  2. Sear to develop caramelization, then finish in the oven at 350 degrees until desired level of doneness.
  3. To make the salsa verde, blend capers, green onion, cilantro, parsley, Latin Herb Flavor Concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, and water. Serve on top of the steak.
  4. Serve with seasoned yucca fries.
