Seafood Alfredo

Familiar ingredients brought together in an innovative format for a twist on a classic dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce, Seafood Alfredo consists of mushrooms, green onions, shrimp, crab, and alfredo sauce topped on fettuccini.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
2 oz. Butter, Lightly Salted
8 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
2 oz. Green Onions, Sliced
1 lb. Shrimp, Cooked
1 lb. Crab Meat, Lump Style
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Alfredo Sauce
1 lb. Fettuccini, Cooked Per Package Directions
PREPARATION

  1. In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Sauté 3 minutes. Add green onions. Sauté 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add shrimp and lump crab meat, mixing gently.
  3. Heat prepared Gold Label Alfredo Sauce. Add to seafood, mixing gently.
  4. Ladle seafood mixture over cooked fettuccini.
