Sesame-Crusted Ahi with Blistered Shishito Peppers

Sesame-crusted ahi with served with jasmine rice, sautéed bok choy, and blistered shishito peppers. Finished with Custom Culinary® Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce.


What You'll Need

4 oz. Ahi tuna steak
½ cup Jasmine rice
3 oz. Bok choy, diced, and sautéed with sesame oil, salt, and pepper
2 oz. Shishito peppers, blistered
2 Tbsp. Black & white sesame seeds
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label® Wasabi Ginger Ponzu Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare jasmine rice according to instructions.
  2. Clean, season and sauté bok choy.
  3. Blister shishito peppers.
  4. Season ahi with salt and pepper, coat with sesame seeds
  5. Sauté ahi in a hot pan with oil for one minute on each side.
  6. Assemble on plate, add sauce and serve.
