Amount Ingredients
24 pieces Boneless Beef Chuck Roast, Cut into Large 8 oz. Pieces
2 cups Flour, All Purpose
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce
2 qt. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce
PREPARATION

  1. Mix flour and pepper. Dredge beef in flour, coating thoroughly. Shake off excess flour.
  2. In a large braising pan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Brown beef pieces evenly. Pour off excess oil. Place browned beef in a roasting pan with a lid.
  3. Heat Gold Label Fire Roasted Ranchero Sauce and Gold Label Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce. Pour the 2-2 qt bags over browned beef. Cover and place in a 350°F oven for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally until beef is tender.
