Tempura Cauliflower Ancient Grain Bowl

A plant-forward spin on a traditional favorite. Ancient grains topped with tempura-fried cauliflower then stir-fried with edamame, and kimchi. Finished with a drizzle with Passport Global Flavors™ By Custom Culinary® Korean-Style Barbeque sauce and garnished with green onions.


What You'll Need

3 oz Korean-Style Barbecue Sauce
5 oz. Ancient grains
4 oz Cauliflower, florets, tempura-fried
2 oz Edamame
2 oz Kimchi
Garnish Green onions
PREPARATION

  1. Cook ancient grains
  2. Cut up cauliflower, tempura batter the florets and fry.
  3. Put in to go bowl: ancient grains, cauliflower, edamame and kimchi.
  4. Drizzle BBQ sauce over bowl and garnish with green onion.
