Simmer beef with sauce in a steam table pan until hot and saucy. Hold warm for service.
Warm the tortilla on a flat top or steamer to make it pliable.
Layer the ingredients in the center of the tortilla:
- Spread pinto beans as the base
- Garnish with cilantro (if using)
- Add diced tomatoes, onions, and optional jalapeños or avocado
- Spoon crema and True Foundations® Tomatillo Serrano Sauce on top
- Sprinkle cheese over hot ingredients to melt
- Add shredded beef
Roll tightly into a burrito (fold in sides, then roll forward), toast the seam-side down if desired for a crispy finish.
