Amount Ingredients
2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Low Sodium Country Gravy, Prepared, Hot
3/4 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade
1/4 cup Fig Jam
24 ea. Battered Think Sliced Brioche Bread Slices, Griddled on Both Sides Until Golden
48 oz. Shaved Ham
18 oz. Comté Cheese
12 oz. Cotija Cheese
12 Tbsp. Green Onion, Shaved
PREPARATION

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared gravy with Bacon Onion Marmalade and fig jam. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat hold warm.
  2. Place 1 ea. slice of griddled brioche on a plate.
  3. Top with 4 oz. warm shaved ham.
  4. Top with 1.5 oz. cheese and add 2nd griddled brioche.
  5. Drizzle with 2 oz. of hot Bacon Onion Fig Country Gravy.
  6. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. of green onions.
