What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1-1/2 cups Parmesan Grits
4 ea. Shrimp, Deshelled, No Tails
1 ea. Fried Egg
2 Tbsp. Parsley
  Old Bay Gravy
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 cup Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy Mix
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
PREPARATION

  1. To prepare Old Bay Gravy, heat 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil until it begins to smoke.
  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Add them to the heated pan.
  3. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached then remove from heat.
  4. Immediately add PanRoast® Brown Gravy with the Old Bay seasoning to remove any fond from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Layer all ingredients in the order they are listed, ending with the fried egg and parsley.
