2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Country Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Harissa
4-1/2 lbs Cajun Style Shrimp, Bell Pepper and Cajun Spiced Fritters, Prepared, Hot
36 oz. Classic Maque Choux
PREPARATION

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Country Gravy with a Harissa whisk to blend thoroughly. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. Place 4 oz—classic Maque Choux mixture of prepared hot Jasmine rice in the center of a plate or wider bowl.
  3. Top with 6 oz. hot shrimp fritters.
  4. Drizzle with 2 oz. Harissa Country Gravy or serve on the side in a ramekin for dipping.
