2 quarts Water, Warm 100°F
2 quarts Heavy Cream
12 oz. Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Chicken Gravy
PREPARATION

  1. In a 6 quart sauce pan, combine the water and cream, then follow package instructions for the 1 full (12 oz.) bag of PanRoast® Chicken Gravy Mix.
  2. Remove from heat and serve hot or chill quickly to below 45°F and refrigerate until needed.
