Creamy Cajun Pork Tenderloin

Amount Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 cup Cremini Mushrooms, Fresh, Sliced
2-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Gravy, Prepared, Hot
1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
1/4 cup Sour Cream
60 oz. Pork Tenderloin, Seasoned as Desired, Seared and Baked
36 oz. Egg Noodles, Prepared, Hot
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat vegetable oil.
  2. Sauté mushrooms 1-2 minutes until tender. Stir frequently.
  3. Add prepared hot pork gravy.
  4. Add cajun seasoning and sour cream. reduce heat to medium and blend thoroughly. Cook 2-3 minutes to fully heat.
  5. Place 3 oz. hot prepared egg noodles on plate.
  6. Slice 5 oz. of pork tenderloin and place shingled on the noodles,
  7. Top with 2 oz. prepared Cajun Mushroom Gravy. Serve hot.
