Amount Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Shallots, Fine Minced
1/4 cup Marsala Wine, Dry
1/4 cup Green Peppercorns, Canned, Drained, Rough Chopped
2-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Pork Gravy, Prepared, Hot
3 Tbsp. European or Clarified Butter

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium high, heat vegetable oil.
  2. Sauté shallots 1 minute until tender.
  3. Add dry Marsala wine and reduce by at least 80%. Stir frequently.
  4. Add chopped green peppercorns.
  5. Add hot prepared PanRoast® Pork Gravy.
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes to fully heat. Finish with butter.
