Amount Ingredients
3 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Low Sodium Chicken Gravy, Prepared, Hot
3 Tbsp. Caraway Seeds, Toasted
12 ea. Marble Rye Bread, Thick Cut, Toasted
60 oz. Pastrami, Shaved, Hot
24 oz. Traditional or Red Cabbage Sauerkraut, Hot
12 oz. Swiss or Gruyere Cheese
PREPARATION

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, blend prepared PanRoast® Low Sodium Chicken Gravy with toasted caraway seeds, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes to fully infuse the flavors. Remove from heat hold warm.
  2. Place 1 ea. toasted slice of Marble Rye Bread on a plate.
  3. Top with 5 oz. hot pastrami.
  4. Top with 2 oz. sauerkraut and 1 oz. cheese.
  5. Drizzle with 2 oz. of hot Caraway infused Chicken Gravy.
