Amount Ingredients
1-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy, Prepared, Cold
1-1/2 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Country Gravy, Prepared, Cold
1 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese #1, Shredded
2 lbs Potatoes, Peeled, Thin Sliced
1 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese #2, Shredded
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cold prepared gravies and smoked gouda cheese #1 blend with a spoon or spatula.
  2. Add sliced potatoes and blend evenly.
  3. Prepare an lightly oiled 2” deep half stainless steel food pan.
  4. Place potatoes mixture evenly into oiled food pan.
  5. Evenly top with remaining smoked gouda cheese #2
  6. Bake in 350°F oven 30-45 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce is bubbling.
  7. Carefully remove from oven and serve hot.
