Amount Ingredients
24 oz. Sliced Apple Compote, Fresh or Canned
2 tsp. Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp. Cloves, Ground
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
24 oz. Red Onion Sauerkraut, Warm
12 ea. 6-7 oz. Double Cut Bone-In Pork Chops, Seasoned as Desired, Grilled, Pan Seared or Baked, Hot
3 cups Custom Culinary®Chef's Own® Pork Flavored Gravy
PREPARATION

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat apple compote, cinnamon, clove and black pepper. Heat 2-3 minutes. Remove from stove. Stir frequently.
  2. Add prepared hot Chef's Own® Pork Flavored Gravy.
  3. Place 2 oz. warm red onion sauerkraut in the center of a plate, add prepared hot pork chop.
  4. Spoon 2 oz. warm spiced apple mixture over pork chop.
  5. Top with 2 oz. prepared pork gravy and serve hot.
