Bacon Jam Flatbread

Flatbread topped with smoky-sweet bacon jam, red onions, tomatoes, and melted cheese. Optional jalapeños add a spicy kick.

Amount Ingredients
1 each 10-inch flatbread crust
3 oz Custom Culinary® Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade (Formula No. 6548)
2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz shredded provolone cheese
1 oz red onion, thinly sliced
2 oz grape tomatoes, halved
2 oz diced red onion
1 Tbsp jalapeños, sliced (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Crust: Place pizza crust on a pizza screen or sheet pan.
  2. Sauce Base: Spread tikka masala sauce evenly over crust.
  3. Top Pizza: Layer with shredded mozzarella, then sprinkle evenly with paneer, chilies, diced tomato, and onion.
  4. Bake: Cook in a pizza oven at 450°F for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
  5. Finish: Remove from oven. Drizzle with yogurt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve: Slice into 8 portions and serve hot.
