Yield: 8 Pizzas

8 ea. 7’’ X 9’’ Gluten-Free Detroit-Style Pizza Crust
4 cups Custom Culinary® Gold Label Ready-To-Use Frozen Alfredo Sauce
4 cups Chicken Breast, grilled, sliced ot diced
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesean Cheese, shaved
PREPARATION

  1. Preheat Oven: If using a convection oven: 400°F (recommended)
    • If using a standard oven: 425°F
  2. Place the gluten-free crust on a lined sheet pan or pizza screen.
  3. Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a ½" border.
  4. Top with grilled chicken slices, followed by mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle shaved Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden, and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  7. Cut each pizza into 8 small tasting sized portions.
  8. Optional garnish: fresh parsley, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes.
