Amount Ingredients
1 each 12-inch hand-tossed pizza crust
4 oz Custom Culinary® True Foundations® Ready-To-Use Frozen Tikka Masala Sauce (Formula No. 9681)
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 oz paneer cheese, diced small
1 oz fresh green chilies, chopped (adjust to heat preference)
2 oz diced tomato
2 oz diced red onion
2 Tbsp plain yogurt (thinned slightly for drizzling)
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Crust: Place pizza crust on a pizza screen or sheet pan.
  2. Sauce Base: Spread tikka masala sauce evenly over crust.
  3. Top Pizza: Layer with shredded mozzarella, then sprinkle evenly with paneer, chilies, diced tomato, and onion.
  4. Bake: Cook in a pizza oven at 450°F for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
  5. Finish: Remove from oven. Drizzle with yogurt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve: Slice into 8 portions and serve hot.
