16 oz.  Water
5 oz.   Custom Culinary Passport Global Flavor Kimchi Prep 5226
½ lb.  Beet Root, Stems and Leaves, chopped
½ lb.  Rainbow Swiss Chard, Stems and Leaves, chopped
¼ lb.  Carrot or Fennel Tops, chopped
12 oz.  Napa Cabbage, chopped
   
PREPARATION

  1. In a large non-aluminum bowl, mix 5 oz. of Kimchi Prep with 16 oz. of water, and 2 lbs. of chopped vegetables.
  2. Toss in brine, cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor infusion.
