Yield: 4 sandwiches

Amount Ingredients
1½ lbs boneless chicken breasts, pounded to ½-inch and marinated in ½ cup Al Pastor Sauce (1 hr minimum)
4 telera rolls or bolillo rolls, split and lightly toasted
½ cup additional Custom Culinary® Al Pastor Sauce (warm)
4 slices Swiss cheese
slices of Deli Ham
1 cup sliced dill pickles
¼ cup yellow mustard
  Butter for pressing
PREPARATION

1.    Grill marinated chicken until fully cooked; hold warm.
2.    Spread mustard on rolls. Layer ham, chicken, Swiss cheese, pickles, and drizzle with warm Al Pastor Sauce.
3.    Close sandwich, butter outside, and press on flat-top or panini press until bread is crisp and cheese melts.
