½ cup True Foundations® Plant-Based Alfredo Sauce
2 slices Whole grain bread, sliced
2 slices Plant-based Provolone cheese, sliced
2 slices Tomato, sliced
1 spritz Olive oil spray or other vegan pan spray
PREPARATION

  1. Heat sauce to at least 165° F
  2. Heat sauté pan or griddle to medium-high heat
  3. Assemble tomato and cheese sandwich
  4. Spray pan or griddle
  5. Dredge sandwich in Alfredo Sauce to coat both sides
  6. Cook sandwich till nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side
  7. Serve hot
