Amount Ingredients
4 ea Sourdough bread slices
2 tsp Bleu cheese crumbles
¼ cup Custom Culinary® Gold Label Craft Toppings™ Bacon Onion Marmalade
1 ea Provolone cheese slice
1 ea Pepper Jack cheese slice
1 ea Sharp cheddar cheese slice
1 ½ cups Mac & cheese, prepared, warm
PREPARATION

  1. Spread Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade on bottom slice
  2. Then layer provolone cheese, blue cheese crumbles, mac & cheese, another slice of bread, Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade, another slice of bread, pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and top slice of bread.
  3. Grill on oven top for 3-4 minutes each side until cheese is melted.
