Charred Pineapple Salsa Al Pastor
A traditional al pastor flavor with the tropical wonder of charred pineapple. This is sure to add a true Latin flair to any dish or by itself.

What You'll Need
Yield: Approximately 5 cups

Fresh pineapple
½
cup
Al Pastor Sauce
¼ cup
Cilantro, chopped
¼ cup
Red onion, small diced
¼ cup
Red bell pepper, small diced
½
cup
Fresh lime juice
To taste
Salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Clean fresh pineapple, quarter and core.
Toss with Al Pastor sauce and let marinate for one hour.
Grill marinated pineapple, brushing with the marinade during the process.
Once a nice char is obtained, remove and let cool.
Dice grilled pineapple and mix with other ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with additional Al Pastor Sauce and serve.
