Yield: 2 1/4 quarts

Amount Ingredients
2 qts. Whipping Cream
2 oz. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Lobster Base, No MSG Added
1-1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
3 cups Parmesan and/or Romano Cheese, Fresh, Grated
1/3 cups Sherry Wine, Dry
PREPARATION

  1. In a 1 gallon sauce pot over medium high heat, combine cream, Gold Label Lobster Base and black pepper.
  2. Add cheese and sherry. Blend thoroughly with a wire whip, remove from heat.
  3. Toss with prepared hot pasta of choice.
