Low Sodium Chimichurri Sauce

A robust seasoning to add intense flavors to any dish. Featuring Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate and Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate, Low Sodium Chimichurri Sauce combines carrots, onions, red bell pepper, lime, oregano, red pepper, parsley, and cilantro.


What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1/2 cup Carrot, Grated
1/2 cup Onion, Small Diced
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced
1/2 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
1 Tbsp. Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Chipotle Flavor Concentrate
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tsp. Oregano, Dried
2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
1-1/2 cups Flat Leaf Parsley, Fresh, Stemmed, Chopped
1-1/2 cups Cilantro leaves, chopped

Preparation

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Refrigerate for up to one day for best flavor.
  3. For freshest result, process all ingredients except parsley and cilantro, and hold in refrigerator. Finish with the herbs just before service.
