2 lb. Custom Culinary® Gold Label Hollandaise Sauce
1 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup Mustard, Whole Grain
PREPARATION

  1. Whish hot hollandaise, syrup and mustard in a saucepan until blended.
  2. Place into a hotel pan and into a steam table or into Bain Maire for service.
