Turmeric Butter Sauce

This bright and flavorful sauce is great on seafood, pasta and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients

Yield: 2 lbs. or about 32 fluid ounces

¼ c. Turmeric root, peeled, grated, fine
2 lbs. Custom Culinary® Beurre Blanc Sauce

  1. Pour a bag of beurre blanc sauce into a medium saucepan
  2. Bring sauce to simmer over medium-low heat
  3. Add grated turmeric root and simmer until sauce reaches 160°F
  4. Serve sauce immediately or pour into holding vessel for service time
