Potatoes, un-peeled and cut in large cubes

Salt (adjust to taste)

Red chili powder (adjust to taste)

Sugar, optional
6 cups
Fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, chopped
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Add cubed potatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and red chili powder. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add Tikka Masala Sauce and water and let mixture simmer over medium to low flame until potatoes are cooked – about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar, if desired, then simmer.
Turn off the heat. Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
CHEF'S TIP
Add sugar to taste or skip for less sweetness.
