Harissa Roasted Chickpeas

QTY INGREDIENTS
6 lbs. Chickpeas, canned, drained (7 - 14 oz. cans)
1 T.  Oil, olive
1 lb. Custom Culinary® Harissa
PREPARATION

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Place chickpeas and olive oil in large stainless steel bowl. Toss to combine
  3. Place chickpeas onto parchment lined sheet pans. Place into hot oven.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or util chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Carefully remove chickpeas from oven and put them back into bowl.
  6. As they are cooling, toss carefully with the harissa sauce.
  7. Once cool, transfer into a plastic storage container for later usage.
