Yield: 1/2 gallon

Spritz  
2 Oz. Custom Culinary Latin Chili Concentrate
19-Oz. fresh pineapple juice
43/4-Oz. fresh lime juice
43/4-Oz. agave syrup
17.6oz coconut water, GOYA canned
281/2-Oz. sparkling water or club soda
Garnish  
1 each whole pineapple, peeled and sliced thinnly
PREPARATION

Batch Preparation
  1. In a pitcher or cambro, combine Latin Chili Concentrate, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well.
  2. Chill thoroughly.
  3. Just before service, gently stir in sparkling water.
To Serve
  1. Pour 6–7 oz over ice.
  2. Garnish with a grilled pineapple slice.
