16 oz.  Water
5 oz.  Custom Culinary® Kimchi Prep
½ lb. Beet Root, stems and leaves, chopped
½ lb. Rainbow Swiss Chard, stems and leaves, chopped
¼ lb. Carrot or Fennel Tops, chopped
12 oz. Napa Cabbage, chopped
PREPARATION

  1. In a large non-aluminum bowl, mix 5 oz. of Kimchi Prep with 16 oz. of water, and 2 lbs. of chopped vegetables. 
  2. Toss in brine, cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor infusion.
