Roasted Farmer's Market Vegetables

What You'll Need

  Roasted Vegetables
1 Gallon Sweet Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Red Potatoes, Red Onions – Prepared, Large Diced
1 cup Prepared Complete Seasoning Mixture (see sub recipe)
   
  Prepared Complete Seasoning Mixture
½ cup Olive or Vegetable Oil
2 cups Custom Culinary Gold Label True Foundations™ Vegetable Liquid Stock Concentrate
PREPARATION

Prepared Complete Seasoning Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine oil and Vegetable Liquid Stock Concentrate
Use this mixture as the complete seasoning for all of your vegetable cooking techniques
 
Roasted Vegetables:
In a large mixing bowl combine prepared vegetables and complete seasoning mixture
Toss to evenly coat all vegetables
Pour onto a sheet pan in a single layer, allowing all vegetables to cook evenly
Place into a 425˚f Oven for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are just cooked
Remove and cool
Refrigerate until needed in your favorite recipes
